There are a lot of ways out there to get referrals, if you think you won't be able to get enough just by talking to your friends, so here are a few ideas to get you on your way.
Friends and family
I know it's simple, but you'd be surprised by how well simple ideas work. Start by sending an email out to everyone in your address book, giving an outline of how the system works, how they get their free gadget, and how they can afford to send them out in the first place. If they need some convincing, you can show them the videos in my proof section, the eXceem community and the pictures of people's free gadgets.
Make a website
You're probably thinking "Make a website? I don't know anything about making websites!", but you don't need any prior experience. Just sign up with freewebs to get your free hosting, and then sign up for a free domain here. The great thing about a .co.nr domain is that it's free, you don't have any adverts, and it provdes a short memorable link to your site, that looks professional and is bound to bring in your referrals. Also, with freewebs, you can use the new site editor, which is a great WYSIWYG editor (What You See Is What You Get). So when it comes down to it, it's no more complicated than making a word document, and it's easy to track the visitors to your site.

If you have an account on a popular social networking site, post a link with a small explanation on your profile. Don't go over the top and nag people, that will put them off more than anything, just a link and message on your profile and people will see it.
Business cards
You can get some free business cards on the net, from a site like VistaPrint, with a quick message like "Free iPods" or the like, and then a link to your site.Then you can do whatever you want with them, whether it's a putting them underneath doors in your local community, or leaving small piles in phone boxes for people to pick up, just use your iimagination.
